Vaishnavism

Vaishnavism – is one of the main schools of Hinduism (as well as Smartism, Shivaism and Shaktism). It is a monotheistic tradition based on worshiping Vishnu and his avatars (especially Krishna and Rama). The main objective of Vaishnavas is an internal life in the bliss of service to Vishnu or one of his avatars in a spiritual world that is beyond human illusions (maya).
