Shiva (Sanskrit for “auspicious one”) — is one of the three Supreme Gods of Hindu trinity, Trimurti (along with Brahma and Vishnu). Is the symbol of a constructive destruction. Shiva is considered to be the founder of yoga and the first guru. His spouse is Shakti. Shiva uses the white bull Nandi as a vehicle. Tradition of Shiva worshiping as the Supreme Being is called Shivaism.
